If you have used our services either as a visa applicant, a sponsor or a legal representative we want to hear from you.
We are continually trying to make improvements to the service we provide to our customers. We are asking for you to help by completing our customer survey.
The survey, which should take less than 5 minutes to complete, asks for your views on how satisfied you have been with the level of service you have received when you made a visa application.
Your answers and comments are confidential, and will not affect the outcome of your visa application in any way.
Please be open and honest in your replies. We do not ask for any personal details and all responses are anonymous. This survey will be conducted on a monthly basis and the results published accordingly.
