Age of Stupid: Best Investigative film award
UK Ambassador Charles Lonsdale handed the award for the Best Investigative film to the The Age of Stupid film director Franny Armstrong in London last week.
The film was screened in the biggest cinema hall in Yerevan in the framework of Sunchild Environmental film festival organised by a Foundation for the Preservation of Wildlife and Cultural Assets (FPWC) on October 26. The British Embassy Yerevan supported the screening.
The Age of Stupid is a powerful drama-documentary-animation hybrid which stars Oscar-nominated Pete Postlethwaite as an old man living in the devastated world of 2055, watching archive footage from 2008 and asking: why didn't we stop climate change when we had the chance?
